The LiveMyExperience Charity Program is open to individuals with diverse needs who may require special accommodations to fully enjoy our experiences. This may include, but is not limited to: 1) Individuals with mobility considerations 2) Those with sensory sensitivities 3) Individuals with cognitive differences
How It Works
We understand that every individual is unique, and we want to tailor the experience to your specific requirements. Upon acceptance into the program, we’ll schedule a personal call to get to know you better. This way, we can understand your preferences, interests, and any specific accommodations you may need.

How to Apply

Eligibility Criteria:
This program is open to individuals who have a documented disability recognized by the relevant authorities.
Verification of Disability:
Applicants must provide valid documentation of their disability, such as a medical certificate or official disability identification card.
Selection Process:
Participants will be selected based on the information provided in their application and the availability of experiences.
Frequency of Participation:
Participants may enjoy a maximum of two complimentary experiences within a calendar year, each with a duration of up to three hours.
Assistance Requirements:
Participants may have a helper/assistant present during the experience, if needed.
Experience Availability:
Availability of experiences may vary based on factors including location, time, and nature of the experience.
Cancellation Policy:
Participants must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they need to cancel a scheduled experience.
Feedback and Evaluation:
Participants are encouraged to provide feedback about their experience to help us improve our services.
Privacy and Confidentiality:
All personal information and disability-related details will be kept strictly confidential.
Liability and Safety:
LiveMyExperience and its partners will take all necessary precautions to ensure participant safety during experiences.
Termination of Program:
LiveMyExperience reserves the right to alter or terminate the program at any time, with or without notice.
